If our DVD doesn't run great, we'll make it right.
We're comfortable about standing behind all our
products because we have the technology and expertise
to back them up. HomeMovie.Com's encoding and
authoring systems are the most sophisticated on
the market, and we stand behind it!
With new technology like DVD, many end-users
are cautious about making an initial purchase.
One of the cornerstones of our business that has
made us and our partners so successful in the
DVD market is our money back guarantee
on all of our DVD Productions.
While there are many “first adopter” types out
there, they are rare. So we help take the fear
out of your customer’s purchase of a DVD by offering
to refund your money should the customer want
to return their disc. Most of our Videographers
have followed suit and make the same offer to
their customers. While this might seem like a
risky business practice, it really isn’t. After
five years of business and tens of thousands of
discs, we have only had 4 returns for a refund
(and those under odd circumstances). The reality
is that the quality of the product is so high
and the content so personal, once the customer
sees their life on DVD, they’re sold!
A Note About Compatibility
When it's just a question about DVD compatibility, let
your customer know that it's most likely not an issue with the
DVD, but rather an issue with their DVD player. Once our
customers know that they can get their money back, they most
often get excited about finding a new DVD player to view their
new discs.
Our DVD compatibility page is widely recognized as a
resource within the industry, with many DVD and computer
manufacturers promoting our compatibility page. We recommend
you have your customer check their player prior to returning
the disc.
