   You will receive an email from our shipping department informing you that it has been received.
   
   
4. Do I have to do anything after I send in my tape?
   No. We make the process that easy. After we receive your tape it will be encoded, converted to StreamingDVD and placed on the web.
   
   
5. How will I know when my StreamingDVD will be available for my loved one and I to see?
   You will receive an email with a link from HomeMovie.Com informing you that your StreamingDVD is ready for viewing.
   
   
6. How many tapes can I send in for the FREE offer?
   Please limit to one 30-minute videotape.
   
   
7. Will I get my tape back?
   Yes, upon completion of the encoding process and after the stream is activated.
   
   
8. How long will my video stream for?
   For 1 year from the activation date of the stream.
   
   
9. Will anyone else be able to watch the StreamingDVD video?
   No, we can assure your privacy and peace of mind by utilizing a password-protected interface. Only you and your loved one will have the password.
   
   
10. Can I send in more than one tape to be created into a StreamingDVD?
    Yes. If you so choose, we have provided options that will keep you in contact on a monthly basis through our Enduring Love program where you can send a 2-hour video every month for $10.00 per tape; or our full-featured Afiniti program.
