By supplying tapes or other materials to HomeMovie Corporation, customer acknowledges and agrees that HomeMovie Corporation’s liability for any loss, damage, or delay to tapes or other provided material during the transfer process or while in transit will be limited to the replacement cost of a new tape or video cassette of similar size and / or format. Except for such replacement, HomeMovie Corporation shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental by distributors use of HomeMovie Corporation’s service.

At no time shall HomeMovie Corporation its employees or agents be held liable for claims or actions taken against it’s distributors (partners or resellers) by its customers, clients or agents.

It is the distributor's responsibility to educate it’s customers as to their rights as they relate to the service being provided by HomeMovie.Com .

At no time shall any distributor offer HomeMovie Corporations products or services at a price lower then Home Movie Corporation’s suggested retail price, doing so will be considered grounds for immediate termination of distributor agreement and benefits.

The acceptance of this disclaimer hereby warrants that the materials being presented to HomeMovie Corporation for copying is not, to his/her knowledge, protected by copyright owned by another, or that if the material is protected, the undersigned has obtained the permission of the copyright owner to make copies of the material.

Any material received by HomeMovie Corporation with a copyright printed on said material will not be processed with out a written permission from the copyright owner.

I understand if HomeMovie.Com accepts this application I must supply them with a current copy of my companies tax resale certificate in order to receive my discount on their products and services.

It is understood that this agreement is with out “TERM” and HomeMovie Corporation and HomeMovie.Com reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time.
