Director's Help

Need help creating your Director's DVD online? Here are some of the common problems other people have experienced:

Problem:
When in 'Movie Mode' you scroll to the end of you movie only to find that the end of your movie is missing.

Solution:
When you have scrolled to the end of the Total Timeline click up to the Zoomed Timeline to load the final section of your movie.

Problem:
While scrolling though the Total Timeline you can't find the exact spot for your chapter.

Solution:
The Total Timeline should be used to find the approximate spot of the chapter. Once you are close click into the Zoomed timeline to search for the chapter location in more detail. You can also use the Play and Jog controls to search through your movie for the elusive chapter.

Problem:
Will the custom image I upload be the background of my menus or will it be the image used on the main menu?

Solution:
That depends. If you upload a graphic, but don't pick main menu image while creating your menus we will use your custom graphic as the Main Menu image. If you upload a graphic and to pick a separate Main Menu image from your movie we will use your custom graphic as the background image for your menus instead of the graphic that is in the DVD Theme that you selected.
